Nicole Dillard - A Seasoned Litigator
Ms. Dillard is an experienced litigator with more than 17 years of expertise in representing corporate clients in federal administrative forums on immigration matters; Washington Metropolitan area courts in employment matters (DC, VA) at the trial, and appellate level as well as alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including grievances and arbitrations.
In addition to business immigration matters, Ms. Dillard serves families and individual clients in naturalization/citizenship proceedings and in obtaining work visas.
Education and Family Life
Nicole Dillard is a graduate at Catholic University, Columbus School of Law. She also earned her Masters of Education in Bilingual Education from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Dillard was an English as second language teacher for Fairfax County Public Schools in Northern Virginia.
Ms. Dillard is licensed in the District of Columbia and Virginia. She speaks, reads and writes in Spanish. She lives in the District of Columbia with her beautiful and energetic daughter.
Robert L. Dillard
Robert Dillard counsels clients in commercial litigation, procurement, government contracts disputes, and administrative hearings. For more than 15 years, Robert has worked with clients in many areas of commercial and government transactions and disputes, including construction, information technology, real estate, employment and labor law. He advises clients on some of the most important decisions that they make related to compliance with federal and state procurement statutes, procurement bid protests, construction and technology contract litigation. When things do not go according to plan, Robert assists clients with determining how to respond. He assists clients with internal investigations and advises on corrective actions. This may include negotiating a reasonable resolution with opposing parties and, when necessary, defending against civil lawsuits and enforcement actions.
Robert has also previously served as counsel to state government agencies while advising on all facets of defensive litigation practice and dispute resolution. Robert is a highly experienced trial attorney, exuding knowledge and integrity in the courtroom. In private practice, he uses his diverse experience to help clients understand the issues, manage risk, and resolve disputes effectively and efficiently.
Education and Admissions
Mr. Robert Dillard received his Bachelor of Science from Morehouse College where he graduated cum laude in 2000 and a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
Mr. Dillard is admitted to practice in Washington, D.C. as well as admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
